TERMS & CONDITION RESERVATION - All inquires and reservation should be made through SUNDA VACATION TOURS & TRAVEL. In order to handle your reservation efficiently, please advice exact dates, flight number and other necessary details.
- After the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% per person from you, we'll secure your reservation and process your final booking immediately.
- When the booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation letter / pro'forma invoice with the proposed hotels and tours in details. If any reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options.
RATES All rates are quote in IDR (000) . Fares are subject to change without prior notice. All fares do not include any fares, room service charge, airport tax, insurance, excess baggage charge and order personal expends. Child under 12 years sharing with 2 adults with extra bed get 20% discount from adult fare. Child under 12 years without extra bed less 40% from adult fare (sharing with 2 adult) TOUR FACILITIES - All packages provide for “ PRIVATE BASIS”

| RESPONSIBILITY SUNDA VACATION Tours & Travel will not be responsible for any loss, injury of damage to person or his/her property, delay or cancellation of charge in itinerary or from any causes beyond our operation's controls. CANCELATION Cancellation charges are subject to regulation of air and coach operators, hotel proprietors and any other principal involved. If cancellation occurs the following terms will apply : * More than 30 days : no cancellation fee, * 30 days - 21 days: 20% per booking, * 20 days - 07 days : 50% per booking, * less than 07 days 100% per booking REFUND No refund will be made for un used tours, meals sight seeing, transfer, accommodation or other service included in your itinerary whether for reasons of illness on other wise.
